It had been two months since Mea and Sam had sent the letter to the lawyers asking for a refund on the money they spent, twice, to place a headstone on Mother's grave. The lawyers had not responded.

"you could sue them. or try to embarass them into paying; but suing is what they want you to do. Then you are playing their game. Where they know they will win, either through corruption or by delay.
