doesn't matter. they own the system you have to win in otherwise they will ignore you. you have to figure out a way to threaten from outside their system in such a way that they feel threatened, which really means money or possible loss of same

well if they knew you could do it or had proof beyond a reasonable doubt you could ruin their businesses by public exposure.

yes we do but so what. we don't have the money to fight them in court and we dont' have access to the means of exposing them and without sufficient reward for those who could help you are out of luck
